Sales Representative
Campus Suite is seeking an experienced Sales Representative for our newest product launch, SchoolNow™, an innovative digital communication platform for school districts and schools. You will help identify K-12 prospects and turn them into satisfied customers. This is multi-disciplinary position that requires solid communication and works with key internal teams to expand our customer bases.

About Campus Suite
We are a digital communications company undergoing a major expansion in how and what we provide schools and school districts across the U.S. Building on our 20-year track record of providing websites for schools and partnering with leaders in mobile apps, notifications, social media, email and video, we are now rolling out a unified solution for administrators to digitally engage parents and others in their school community.
Campus Suite is introducing the first parents-first school-to-home communication platform designed around parent communication preferences. Data from students’ family profile allows each parent or guradian to choose the kind of communication they want. School staff feeds a centralized messaging hub with district-, school-, and classroom-level messages and stories. Personalized district-, school-, and classroom-level web posts, emails, SMS, social media and mobile app content is delivered to parents’ individualized custom feeds.
Skills and Requirements
- Experience in outbound sales with marketing communications technology (e.g., email, push, SMS, mobile app) or closely related solutions
- SaaS and B2C experience is a plus but not required
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills
- Ability to understand customer requirements, and explore and understand how Campus Suite/SchoolNow can add value for the customer
- Comfortable with communicating with all levels of team members internally and externally
- The ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers and internal team members
- Experience or aptitude for networking in K-12 market
- Ability to work remotely, flexibly, and be a self-starter
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls (email, phone, and teleconferencing) contacting prospective customers to promote Campus Suite/SchoolNow
- Establish and conduct product demonstrations with prospects
- Research to develop marketing qualified and sales qualified leads
- Create, update, and track progress through Hubspot database
- Augment internal team members supporting sales to ensure timely response and interpretation of solutions
- Keep up to date and establish deep knowledge of Campus Suite/SchoolNow solutions and product
- Help educate customers about digital school-to-home communications
- Work with sales, marketing, and customer success team members to identify strategies to promote Campus Suite/SchoolNow
