General Issues
- 10/14/08: When editing a news release with an image attached, if you crop or delete the image without first saving the form, you will lose any changes you made. We are adding an AJAX function to remedy this issue.
- 7/10/08: When viewing pages in a page history, while the logic is in tact, components and shared content do not render in this view.
- 7/1/08: If a shared page uses a component or includes the content of another page within, it does not render that content when the shared page is pulled into its final destination. We are working this issue ongoing and are limited by the client-server interactions.
FCK Editor & Page Editing
- 7/5/08: Hard returns in FCK Editor sometimes work, sometimes cause a new DIV, breaking structures or start a new paragraph. No real consistency. Current work around is to go into the source view and fix.
- 11/19/08: When editing a page and replacing an existing image on the current page by replacing a file in the file browser, the image might not refresh in the FCK Editor's view until after you save and refresh the page in the browser.
ImageSpace
- Image Upload: If you select the folder sometimes it will not upload all of the files. The resolution is to open the folder and select all and check the box.
- When using the Image manipulation tools to rotate or flop an image that was imported into the library with the wrong orientation, it's possible the user may need to hit ALT+Refresh to see the updated image in the browser. This is due to local browser cache settings. We are working on a way to override local browser cache settings to remedy this issue.
Safari 1.0 & 2.0
- Div tags can be easily deleted on accident. We should suggest Firefox for any Mac user. If a user tries to edit a new page that is created they will delete the div tags when trying to delete the greek text that comes on the page by default.
Internet Explorer 7.0
- Div tags can be easily deleted on accident. We should suggest Firefox for any Mac user. If a client tries to edit a new page that is created they will delete the div tags when trying to delete the greek text that comes on the page by default.
- Ajax pop-up windows on FCKEditor does not work. THIS SEEMS TO BE WORKING NOW WITH THE NEW UPDATE TO FCKEDITOR
- In order to edit text you must double click in the area you want to update.
- It is impossible to get image properties on an image in the page editor. It does not matter whether you select the image and then click the image icon... or if you right-click the image and select "Image Properties" you can only insert a new image... but not manage a current one.
